Please choose carefully as we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind or if the incorrect size has been ordered. Please ensure you use the size guide when ordering and if you are unsure of what size to order, please send us an email and we will help determine the best size for your child.

Faulty Items

Our swimwear is handmade in Australia with care, and each item is inspected individually to ensure only the highest quality pieces are sent to you. 

Whilst we hope this never happens, should you receive a faulty item or the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@zuzuandco.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All items must be returned within 7 days in its original condition, with all tags and packaging in place, and must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the outcome. If a replacement is unavailable you have the option to select another item in stock or receive a refund.

Please note that will not refund, repair or exchange garments with damage from natural wear and tear over time. Please follow the recommended swimwear care instructions to prolong the life of your swimwear.
